HostCat takes no responsibility for any damages or losses client may suffer from using our service(s). Client agrees that HostCat takes no responsibility for the data contained within clients personal directories, however client assumes full responsibility of the data.

HostCat also reserves the right to refuse service for any or no reason.

Payment Policy
To cancel and discontinue service with SYN Hosting, client must give at least 3 days notice to SYN Hosting via trouble ticket or email.

In the event that client is unable to pay for the next billing term, client will be given a 7 day grace period. If client still cannot pay after the grace period, clients service will be suspended until any overdue bills are paid in full. Should an overdue account reach 30 days, clients data may be removed without warning.

Refund Policy
Refunds or credits will be issued for various reasons from billing errors, duplicate orders and honoring our 99.9% uptime guarantee. Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by SYN Hosting or our network providers will not count towards the 99.9% uptime guarantee.
